What changes took place with these online banking system enhancements? Each of these four online banking services is undergoing a design refresh to better reflect our new brand identity in preparation of the launch of our new website early next year. Additional features are also being added to Personal Online Banking and Basic Business Banking to provide improved navigation and functionality.

Revised Menu System
The new menu system returns features such as User Options and Security Settings to the primary navigation bar, as well as making the drop down menu selections easier to read. Secondary navigation bars, appearing when selected menus are used, have also been changed to make it easier to maneuver through the online banking functions.

Bill Pay Link
We have moved the bill pay link (List of Bill Payment Accounts) to the top of the screen to ensure that you have quick and convenient access to your bill pay accounts. To return to the screen with the bill pay link from any part of online banking, simply click on the “Accounts” tab and you will be at the “home” screen of online banking.

If you currently do not use bill pay services, you may choose to change your theme to have this link not appear on your online banking screen. The next section addresses changging your theme to one of the two "No Bill Pay" options.

Notifications
(email/in-session)

If you have ever wanted to be notified when a particular check clears, when a certificate of deposit matures, or when any of your accounts reach a certain balance, then you’ll want to use our new notification feature. Notifications, available on in the one of the “Enhanced” themes, allow you to have messages about your accounts sent to you through email or as a in-session message you can access once logged into online banking. Accessing notifications is easy – on either of the Enhanced themes, it’s the first box that will appear on the initial screen inside online banking.

You can ADD a notification by clicking on the appropriate type of account notification and clicking NEW. You can choose to add notifications for your checking, savings, certificate Of deposit, or loan accounts.

Please note: To add an email notification, you must update your email address updated by going to User Options/Email and providing your updated email address.

After selecting the type of notification, you want, click NEXT to get to the notification set up screen.

These screens will walk you through your options of setting up the notification. If you have any questions, please call Customer Service at 800-797-6324.

You have a choice to set up each notification to be sent to you through EMAIL or a In-Session message that you can view after logging into online banking.

To view a In-Session message, you can click on the Messages link once you are logged into the system.

User Options
Under User Options, you now have the ability to set up a primary account, update your email address and choose between multiple themes to provide different displays of data.

Your Primary Account can be any account you choose. Most users will choose their Primary Account to be their primary checking account. This will act as the default for many initial displays of information inside online banking, and will be to allow you to login directly to the data for this account.

Forgotten Password
If you forget your password or have difficulty logging in, this new feature will allow you to receive a password via the email address you have registered with online banking.

As long as your email address has been previously saved in the online banking system by using the User Options, you will be able to have your current password sent to you via your registered email address and access Online Banking one time.

Once you receive your temporary password to access online banking, you will then be prompted to change your password. Once your password has been reset, you can choose to change your password at any time through the User Options. In addition, this Forgotten Password screen brings up the Deep Link Login, which allows you to login directly to different online banking functions/screens. You can login through this screen to any of the online banking areas by choosing an option in the drop down menu. This Deep Link Login will be leveraged more with the new website launching early next year.

“Take Me To” Alternative Deep Link Login
Under User Options, you now have the ability to set up a primary account, update your email address and choose between multiple themes to provide different displays of data.

Your Primary Account can be any account you choose. Most users will choose their Primary Account to be their primary checking account. This will act as the default for many initial displays of information inside online banking, and will be to allow you to login directly to the data for this account.

Masked Account Numbers
With these new system changes, you may notice that your account numbers are now masked. This means that the all but the last four digits of your account number will be hidden from view with an ‘X”. This provides additional security in case you are logging into online banking from a location where other people can view your screen.

Expanded Transaction Search

Additional features, such as Transaction/Check search are now on several additional screens, and allow access to all search functions on one screen.

You can now search for transactions and check images for more than the past one or two statements.
