Q: When did the redesigned website go live?

A: Wednesday, February 11, 2009.

Q: Do I need to change my saved bookmarks?

A: Yes. The new website can be accessed using www.mechanicsbank.com. You should set your browser's bookmarks (or your online banking bookmarks) to our home page to ensure you are on our website. Though the link for www.mechbank.com will continue to work, this may not be the case in the future.

Online Tip: On every page of the new website, there is a button that says '+ Share'. If you click on this button, you have the ability to add that particular page as a favorite (creating a bookmark), email a link of that page to yourself or someone else, or add this web page as a link in your favorite online bookmarking or social website.

Q: Is my access to online banking changing?

A: Functionally, there are some changes. Your user names and passwords to access online banking are not changing for any online service. Where you login on the website is changing.

On the new website home page, you will find all of the online banking services under "Log In To Your Accounts" from any page
